PG Department of Commerce

The Department of Commerce started its functioning with  B.Com with Computer Applications  in 2002. At present, it is one of the largest departments in the college offering BBA, B Com (finance and taxation, Computer Application) and M.Com (Finance and Taxation). In addition to class room learning, the department conducts various co curricular activities such as waste management, eco- friendly practices, and various awareness programmes like Computerized accounting awareness programme, E-filing of GST, Computation and E-filing of Income tax returns, in all of which, the students play an active role. It has an Entrepreneurship Development Club which provides Entrepreneurship Awareness programmes and guidance for aspiring students. A good number of commerce students are placed in reputed companies.
